Our meet and greet service is designed to provide you with a warm welcome as soon as you arrive at Chania airport, making sure that you’ll find us quickly and with ease.
Where the driver will wait for you
- We will wait for you inside the Arrival Halls, next by or very close to the Exit Doors no.1 or no. 3
- The driver will hold a sign (a nameboard, a tablet or phone, etc.) with your name on it as it was provided on your reservation.
As you are coming out into the main Arrival Halls, there would be (usually) a lot of people there waiting with signs and this can be frustrating to you. In order for you to spot the driver more easily, we would be standing nextby/very close to the Exit Doors no.1 or no. 3 (depending on where you are supposed to come out at; please read below)
Meeting points at Chania airport
As in any airport, when you arrive at Chania airport you would always go through the Luggage Claiming hall area.
Currently there are 2 “sub-sections” of that particular area; one is purposed to deliver the luggage for incoming flights to Chania airport from destinations that are members of the Schengen Area (flights from Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Italy, etc) and the other section is for flights coming to Chania airport from destinations out of the Schengen Area group (i.e. UK, Norway, Switzerland, etc). These 2 “sub-sections” are not separate Halls from one another but co-exist together, having different entry points into that area.
After you pickup your luggage (or just go through that hall if you only have carry-on luggage), you will transit into the main Arrival Hall of Chania airport’s building. In theory, each section of the 2 mentioned above will “channel” you into a different part of the main Arrival Hall, named as Arrival Hall “A” and Arrival Hall “B” (click the pics below to enlarge):

What if you can’t see your driver
If in any case you can’t find your driver right away, do not go outside of the building to look for us; we might end up looking for each other for a long time. The driver is informed to wait for you inside the Arrival Halls and not outside.
Sometimes a flight might arrive much earlier than scheduled and despite that we track the actual landing time, we might not be able to already wait for you. We try to be at the Meeting point right after the landing but we might encounter traffic delays to reach the airport ourselves.
If after a few minutes, you still can’t see anyone waiting for you, please call us directly at the provided telephone number (or through WhatsApp / Messenger) to sort out the situation.
