He was holding a sign with my name on it, making him easy to find. He was chatty and gave us plenty of great tips about Crete and things to do. A wonderful and reliable start to our holiday! 
Tanja Høivang9/27/2024A great taxi experience. Our flight was around 26 hours late, so we had to book, and then cancel, and then rebook, and then there was another delay, and that was no trouble. But I was most impressed with the service when we weren't able to get into our AirBnb. Our driver somehow found a phone number for the owner, rang them, sorted out the lockbox, and let us in! It avoided what otherwise would have been a stressful situation in the middle of the night.

I just got it hours before my flight and they communicated all the way by email, whatsapp and even by phone to make sure that all the details like the address were checked. The driver was waiting for me before the time, and the trip was super smooth. Totally reliable.

We used Taxi4Crete for several transfers while visiting Chania and I can't recommend them enough. They are extremely professional and reliable and pricing is very competitive. I even changed my times and pick up spots a few times and they did not even balk at the changes. Very easy to communicate with especially with WhatsApp.

Fantastic service! Cannot fault Kostas, a cautious driver and very friendly. We arrived in Chania quite late in the evening and were picked up by Kostas who is easy to reach via WhatsApp. The trip to Georgioupolis was comfortable and affordable. Kostas, thank you for a lovely start to our holiday!
