I used this service in my most recent visit to Chania. I booked a return trip to Chania airport for 6 people and the pickup at the airport was ready when we came through customs. The pickup at the hotel was scheduled at 13:50 and sure enough at the exact time there came a minibus to pick us up. Great service, highly recommended. If I'm ever in Crete again I will most definately book again.

Fantastic service from booking to service . Swift response following my initial email to book three taxi’s as we travelled in Crete recently. Kostas was always helpful, upon arrival at Chania we were met and quickly taken to our hotel. The 2nd trip to Kalamaki from Chania was 2.5 hours but our driver was fabulous- stopping for a short comfy break and even returning shortly after dropping us off as I left my hat in the car. Our final car took us back to Heraklion, all the drivers were personable and professional as well as on time. Brilliant communication and support from Kostas 5 stars and will use again when we return:)

Used Taxi4Crete this June from Chania airport to Aghia Marina. They were excellent. Driver there waiting on our arrival at airport and prompt on the return journey. Would recommend to all and would definitely use again if we return to Crete :)

Vi har tidligere brugt taxi4crete til transport fra lufthavn til hotel og modsat. Det er en behagelig og hurtig transport og ikke meget dyrere end charterselskabernes bustilbud. Også i år havde vi bestilt taxi, men da vi ankom i lufthavnen var der ingen chauffør, som ventede med navneskiltet. Efter lidt søgen og venten gik vi udenfor og fandt en anden taxi. Dagen efter skrev jeg en mail til selskabet og fortalte, at jeg var skuffet over den manglende afhentning. Der kom meget hurtigt en svarmail, som forklarede, at der var sket en misforståelse om hvilket fly vi skulle ankomme med, og at man beklagede meget. Og nu kommer det specielle: Som kompensation skulle vi ikke betale for turen fra hotel til lufthavn. Det skal bemærkes, at vi jo ikke havde betalt for den manglende tur. Jeg kan kun anbefale taxi4crete på det varmeste.

I used this service for going on from airport to small village about an hours drive away, and again on return to airport. Comfortable safe journey. Very pleasant and knowledgeable drivers, Kostas, and Antonis. Would certainly use again, and would highly recommend. Good prices too.

I booked a last minute taxi before my flight, realising I wouldn’t get to chania until 2am due to flight delays! I contacted taxis4crete I got a text within 5 minutes whilst waiting in the departure lounge of Gatwick. I was travelling on my own and was a bit anxious landing in the dark on my own in a foreign country but my driver was there when I arrived and I had a lovely journey with lots of advice and recommendations. I just wanted to say thanks for making me feel at ease and having a reasonable price taxi at such late notice.

After booking our holiday in Crete we had to arrange our own transfer between Chania Airport and Anissaras - a trip of about 2 Hrs 40 Mins. I didn’t want the hassle and risks associated with a hire car and instead started searching for airport transfer companies. I need to be confident of their reliability and trustworthiness; I checked each search result on Trip Advisor. The results were consistently poor and so I switched my attention to taxi companies. I found Taxi4Crete and although they had few reviews they left me with a positive feeling. Kostas responded to my initial query within a couple of hours and subsequent comms were excellent - quick and clear responses. I need a high degree of confidence where my family is concerned and I never had any doubts with Kostas. I loved the fact that there were no financial transactions ahead of time - you agree the cost of the journey ahead of time and simply pay the driver when you get to your destination. We were met at Arrivals as promised with a name plate. The journey was safe and as expected. A lovely start to the holiday! I'll be contacting Kostas soon to confirm arrangements for the return journey. In sum, I highly recommended contacting Kostas for any Crete taxi requirements. Should also mention his English is excellent!
