Great experience! Nice clean cars and safe driving by the drivers. Good communication prior the rides via WhatsApp. It was very satisfying to get a confirmation and contact details on the driver, the evening before we who should be picked up at 03.30AM for our airport transfer.

Amazing taxi company. Easy to book with. Our flight was over an hour delayed, but the taxi driver welcomed us and wasn’t stressed about the situation. He was holding a sign with my name on it, making him easy to find. He was chatty and gave us plenty of great tips about Crete and things to do. A wonderful and reliable start to our holiday!

A great taxi experience. Our flight was around 26 hours late, so we had to book, and then cancel, and then rebook, and then there was another delay, and that was no trouble. But I was most impressed with the service when we weren't able to get into our AirBnb. Our driver somehow found a phone number for the owner, rang them, sorted out the lockbox, and let us in! It avoided what otherwise would have been a stressful situation in the middle of the night.

Great service!!! I just got it hours before my flight and they communicated all the way by email, whatsapp and even by phone to make sure that all the details like the address were checked. The driver was waiting for me before the time, and the trip was super smooth. Totally reliable.

Absolutely fantastic service and must for private transportation in Chania. We used Taxi4Crete for several transfers while visiting Chania and I can't recommend them enough. They are extremely professional and reliable and pricing is very competitive. I even changed my times and pick up spots a few times and they did not even balk at the changes. Very easy to communicate with especially with WhatsApp.

Fantastic service! Cannot fault Kostas, a cautious driver and very friendly. We arrived in Chania quite late in the evening and were picked up by Kostas who is easy to reach via WhatsApp. The trip to Georgioupolis was comfortable and affordable. Kostas, thank you for a lovely start to our holiday!

Easy-to-use online request form, we got a quick reply and confirmation. The taxi was waiting for us at the collection point even earlier than expected (4.30am!), the driver was super friendly and helped with our luggage. Would recommend!

Easy to make a request online. Request was promptly responded to with instructions and price etc. Taxi driver was waiting early at the collection point for us and was friendly and helpful with luggage. Would definitely recommend!

Kostas and his cabbies were very professional and on time, we had scheduled 7-8 cabs throughout the week and they were always there on time and knew exactly where we wanted to go. Regardless the time of the day, I was getting quick replies. Totally recommend.

Vi bookede hjemmefra afhentning i lufthavnen ved ankomst og afhentning på hotellet ved hjemrejse. Alt fungerede perfekt!! Der stod en meget venlig chauffør med et navneskilt og ventede på os i lufthavnen, og da vi skulle hjem blev vi hentet i receptionen på hotellet. Meget tilfredse. Desuden fornuftige priser, det kunne bedre betale sig end at booke transfer via rejseselskabet.
